Wood pellet is a clean, renewable biomass fuel widely used for heating and boiler power generation.

The standard biomass pellet production line includes: chipping, crushing, drying, pelleting, cooling packaging and Integrated Control System .It supports multiple raw materials, including sawdust, wood branches, bamboo chips and rice husks.with capacity from 1–15 tons per hour. Finished pellets are widely used in biomass boilers, heating and power generation.

In raw material preparation, our wood chippers process logs, branches and construction templates into uniform wood chips. Hammer mills grind wood chips into 3–5 mm sawdust and remove impurities.

The drying stage uses a rotary drum dryer to reduce moisture from 30%–50% to 12%–15%, with intelligent temperature control and low energy consumption.

Pelleting is the core process.our biomass pellet machine YGKJ series vertical ring die pellet machines adopt dual-motor drive, reinforced main shaft and non-lock roller structure for stable performance and low wear. Materials form pellets naturally by lignin under high temperature and pressure without binder. Pellet molding rate is above 90%.

Freshly produced pellets are cooled down to ambient temperature and then sieved by a vibrating screen. Substandard and broken pellets can be recycled and reprocessed. Qualified finished pellets are finally delivered to the automatic packaging system for sealing and packing.
